Description.

Form Design Studio was tasked with reimagining the residence from the ground up.

The task included overhauling its exterior facade, landscape, and interior spaces to create a cohesive and tranquil living environment. The result is a masterful interplay of clean lines, a muted colour palette, and rich textures, where every detail is curated to contribute to an atmosphere of subtle luxury and profound calm.

The overall strategy was to create spaces that feel open, luminous, and uncluttered, allowing natural light to become a key design element.

Sun-Drenched Living Spaces
he open-plan living and dining area is designed to maximize space and light, featuring large glass doors that connect the interior to the lush green surroundings.
Architectural Metamorphosis
The exterior is completely revitalized with a modern, cubic geometry, finished in a sophisticated neutral tone that stands in elegant contrast to the surrounding greenery.
Unified Material Palette
The consistent use of beige Italian marble with custom inlay patterns creates a seamless visual flow, connecting different zones of the house into a harmonious whole.

Layout

Meticulously zoned across three levels, the home’s layout is crafted to create a perfect hierarchy of spaces, separating grand entertaining zones from the private family sanctum. The design thoughtfully integrates multiple living areas and outdoor connections, ensuring a functional and fluid living experience.

Ground Floor: A welcoming entry foyer leads into a series of distinct living and entertaining spaces.
First Floor: Ascending to the first floor reveals the private family core. This level comprises three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, centered around an intimate family lounge that overlooks the double-height space below.
Second Floor: The top floor acts as a leisure and retreat hub. It includes two additional bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a large, flexible multipurpose room ideal for entertainment or relaxation, which opens onto an expansive terrace.

Client’s Vision

The homeowners envisioned more than a simple renovation; they desired a complete rebirth of their property. The core objective was to overhaul the interiors to establish a pristine contemporary aesthetic, creating a modern home that is both visually stunning and deeply comfortable for family life.

A Contemporary Metamorphosis

The interiors carry forward the exterior’s pristine aesthetic through a sophisticated palette of whites, soft neutrals, and warm accents. The spaces masterfully combine a sense of openness with an enveloping intimacy.

The heart of the home features an open-plan layout, creating an expansive and welcoming space designed for gatherings.
Each bedroom is defined by bespoke details and a unique character that ensures private comfort.
Clean, minimal material palette of marble, wood, and soft textures unifies the home.
