The design is dictated by the values and the body of work of the Treasure Group, one of the most recognizable real estate developers in the region- Iconic, Premier, Longevity. Hence the scheme follows cues from the deco era in a contemporary office setting.
The layout branches out and structures into several compartments as public and semi-public zones.
The Marquina stripes on flooring add quite an emphasis on the deco scheme and instantly registers a lasting impression on the visitor.
