Planned as a self-sufficient township, New Bicholi redefines residential living by weaving together ecological sensitivity and modern aspirations. The master plan places the water canal at its heart, transforming it into both a functional and experiential spine.
Walkways, cycling tracks, and leisure zones unfold along its edges, blending natural scenery with curated community spaces. Native planting, natural stone, and water features ensure a serene ambiance, while shaded seating and gazebos encourage relaxation.
